    Lamborghini LM002 for sale

    http://www.turners.co.nz/Vehicles/Pa...x?RefId=801879

    Look at them exhaust pipes!

Pretty luxurious for a 1989 vehicle!

5.2L V12! Not as powerful as a modern Cayenne but back in the days, just phenominal!

I remember seeing one of these on Top Gear a few years ago.

They drove it around the test track and the handling was, to put it mildly, somewhat compromised.

That auction price estimate seems a bit low for a vehicle of this calibre.

Not really. They have been selling internationally for quite a bit less than the auction estimate.

That is awesome, I had no idea there were any in New Zealand. Always been a HUGE fan just for the sheer mind boggling stupidity of the thing. Hummers are like arseholes, LM002 are just plain cool.

An absolute bargain compared to this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990-...US_Cars_Trucks

I expected NZ$150,000+ for something like that.

Have you seen Lambos other product line? The one they are most famous in Europe for?

    agree.

However no matter how cheap to buy, you need to be very wealthy to maintain and run. This is an italian V12 made in the days when 1500 mile interim and 3000 mile full services were required. 8mpg would also sting a little.

But you need to be a little nuts to own such a bonkers car

Sorry but if you mentioned Lamborghini in Europe 99% of people would think of their supercars not their bloody tractors.

...oh and don't forget when you fill up.

290 litre fuel tank, that's $507 for today's fuel price* everytime you fill up!

*(which has just gone down 3-4 cents)
