Rear rack stolen from bike in Lower Hutt

    Hi all

My rear bag rack was stolen off my bike yesterday morning in Lower Hutt (high steet near cash converters (yes, i already asked in there!))- you know the kind - the frame is mounted on the bike with two vertical tubes, and the rack pushed onto these tubes, tighten by a couple of bolts.

If anyone knows any info, please let me know

Or, if anyone has one for sale, please let me know.

    Cheers

    Jon

PS: i'll try and add a photo of the mount so you can what kind of rack it is...

The thread title is a wee bit misleading.

The finger tight system with baby locking bar is hopeless. I do mine up with a wrench and make sure the locking nut is tight.
    Here for the ride.

I can't stand ppl who stand around bikes and end up tinkering with them. I plug my exhaust so that rain doesn't get in and just today someone took it. Man I feel sorry for the next guy that gets caught as I'm walking towards my bike

Easy to say now, just wait till it's a big nigger, or a group of them who's messing with your bike and you're on your own.
