I deal with lovely people with serious medical issues and usually give them lots of money, but the drawback is I have to put up with useless people with bugger all wrong with them who believe that just having their "disability" somehow means they don't need to work (and can live off us instead).

Yes - I work in disability claims. Kinda like ACC, but we like most of our clients.

What this job has taught me is that when it comes to money, many people quickly put aside their morals.

Me? "Sterilising technician and purchasing officer" at a private hospital. Basically I clean shit realllly reallllllly well (so it's sterile) and I buy shit. Sometimes I talk shit on KB. People send me shit, and I unpack it and do the paperwork. It's ok, it pays the bills.

And I get to retire when? 65?????

I'm a full time student doing a diploma in mechanical engineering at AUT. I dunno how anyone studies and works at the same time, I don't have the energy.
In the summer I work (well, have in the past) for my aunt's partner painting and wallpapering houses.
I've got a year and a half of uni to go before I graduate, it's hard to imagine what it's going to be like having an engineering type job.
