    I find codiene quite useful....for my migraines that is!

    Certainly don't bounce like I used to.......... Gingers my hero and he was 74 at the last TRRS and is still peddling near the front and even winning one or two, and Len was 96 when he had his last competitive ride, so I am still a young-un, if I keep practising I might even get good at it, its just track time you know.........
