I wonder how they'll kill off this Stig ...

Maybe a crash into the back of a porta-loo tanker that bursts open and drowns him in shit?? A fitting end for getting lawyers involved.

My guess is that he will be driving a Morris Marina when it has a piano dropped on it.

Also, what colour will the new stig be??

Yes but it was never confirmed by the Beeb. Of course I don't know the exact wording off his contract but from what I understand there was a clause in there that said he could not identify himself as the Stig. He signed that, and got paid for his services. In other words, he entered into the contract fully aware of his responsibilities. Then he turns around and throws the toys out of the cot because the contract he signed stopped him from earning more money, and takes the BBC to court.

I hope no one buys his book.

He drove at Bathurst last year & the commentators had no hesitation identifying him as the Stig.

It's been an "open secret" since he was named as a consultant to the program in the report into Hammond's jet-car crash.

Reading the pommy press, my take is that Collins wanted some fame and recognition and the $$ that go with it.

Biggest question that needs to be answered is: What colour for the new Stig? Red?

I'd prefer an African American instead of a American Indian

+1 to the new red Stig. Or maybe they will get that fat American Stig to drive for them!

My suggestion for the new Stig is ...

That hot German chick from the Nürburgring episode.

Maybe they'll want to attract more women viewers and roll out a Pink Stig??

Only problem with that, as far as I can see is how disguise that classic female shape in those tight leathers...

We should be so lucky. Racing suits tend not to be flattering though.
