If you've another source post it up. I'm prepared to be wrong, but if you're making assumptions from the same info I have then I suggest you don't.
Dont want to argue over this,(also reading another article)..never implied guilt, car is stupid because by colliding with the biker(or vice versa) ...resulted in biker death. Nothing else to it...and actual guilt probably wont be known for weeks or months (aka Police Uturn "accident"...results of investigatuion still not known)

Yeah agreed, best to stop arguing over this. I guess you're just frustrated another Biker is down, which I am too. Calling the car "stupid" I assumed you were blaming the driver. Easy to get wires crossed on the interweb.
    Ciao Marco

True and fair enough, i did come across bit strong...with the whole "stupid car", i guess frustrated by another accident where fellow biker was lost...pretty much sums it up and who is at fault wont change anything now

    Stupid is as stupid does.
They come in all shapes and sizes, and operate all sorts of vehicle types.
The stupid one is the one who is/was at fault. And 35% of the time, in bike v car, it is the rider at fault. That's too big a % to automatically rail against car drivers, much as we might like to.
But once again, a rider is dead because someone was stupid.
It's sad. Because it is so avoidable.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

You really need to think through your posts before having to try and defend yourself from what you wrote.

As for some of your comments earlier regarding kneejerk reactions from some here I have two words for you "pot" and "kettle".
And before you get your panties in a bunch, they're nicer words than some i've said to you before.

What I'd like to know is how can a car be stupid? Like a motorcycle, they are an assembly of metal, plastic, rubber. Neither conscious, nor sentient - even the ones with computer assisted doodads - they just are.
