There was the time he was riding his 90's sportsbike up the local hill, raced a Lamborghini all the way to the top, a new one at that. Upon getting off the bike, the guy in the Lambo pulled up and said, 'I thought those things were supposed to be fast', to which he replied 'not against one of those'. So with that, the guy gave him the keys to this supercar and told him to go for it, as he was happy with the bike as security. He took it for a drive, brought it back, and the guy told him off for not thrashing it. So then he did. Then they had a drag race. With our friend driving the Lambo and the very friendly generous supercar owner riding the bike. I don't remember the result. However, when pressed as to what type of Lambo it was, whether it was manual or e-gear, even what colour it was, he couldn't remember. I hate it when that happens.

Or the time he was driving his car up around the same hill when he noticed a Lexus coupe in his rear view mirror. Accepting the challenge he raced the Lexus to the top of the hill. Upon arriving at the top, the Lexus pulls in behind him. The driver gets out and congratulates our friend on his driving. He then introduces himself as some bigwig from Toyota, and invites our friend out to Ruapuna to test a new race car that is being introduced to NZ, the Formula Toyota series. So he was the first one in NZ to drive one of these cars, apparently there were a lot of upset racing drivers waiting their turn as he got first go. Apparently he forgot tp tell anyone else about it so we could come out and watch, or get any photos or video. I hate it when that happens.

Or the time he was up on the hill on his bike and got forced off the road by a car driver. Said car driver crashed down a bank so our friend turned around, climbed down the bank, and started smashing the injured car driver over. The police turned up, and wanted to arrest our friend, but luckily at some stage in the proceedings the Mongrel Mob turned up and stopped the police from arresting him. I love it when that happens.
