    Finding head bolts for a CB600?

    hi im currently looking for new cylinder head bolts for a 99 cb600
    hornet
    x10

    part number 90014-MCJ-000
    and 90007-mv9-671
    9x95mm

    local shop can get them but could take up to 3 weeks

    plastic fabricator/welder here if you need a hand ! will work for beer/bourbon/booze

    Not exactly sure what the bolt is... but these guys have always been handy for me, having what I need in stock, or simply rocking up with a sample and demonstrating what I need

    ok, what about pitch, diameter, length, head type (socket, hex etc). I assume 9x95 is the diameter and length?

    9x95 is the diameter and length they have a 12 stamped on the bolt head and are a bolt flange

    Um - be careful. Not all head bolts are just 'bolts'. Some are made specially with X amount of stretch....

    hey man, go to the vehicle places round dunedin, ask robbie where he goes for head bolts (he just did the 'coon, and got new ones for that) Ive no doubt there are heaps of other vehickes out there that share the same part number as a head bolt, so ask rob where he gets them. Blacks fasteners as noted above would be a good stop too. You will probably find that someone has them locally

    would be a good start, theyll at least tell you where you can get them. Have you got the coin to get her fixed now? I hope so, we need to go for a ride when its good weather again!

    so you havent noticed the yellow thing at the workshop stripped

    dismantled on saturday and done pretty much myself nice n slowly
