    One more sleep!

    The rain radar is looking good, we may get a few showers during the ride down on Friday and a few on Saturday morning, apart fromt hat nothing. It will be cold though so make sure you bring some warm stuff to wear.

    $5 cover, 8pm onwards.

    Do you maybe have a map of the proposed route as above? I gotta work out my 'Kays, make sure I don't dip into the reserve tank too much... (only get around 200kms to a tank...)

    I tried looking at google maps, but got lost already!

    Stick with Maha and Fatt Max. Maha has worked out fuel stops for 200km tanks

    No more sleeps

    Autobahn to Morrinsville is 115km....first stop. (Pie yum yum)
    Morrinsville to Tokoroa is about 90 kms...second stop (fuel)
    Tok to Taupo....67kms and that equals BEER.
