It's a minta! Just needs the steering head bearings replaced. Otherwise, no worries I think...

He's going back home to Russia so this is a genuin sale.

Comes with Hyperpro rear shock and steering damper and ofcourse the Arrow carbon can.

I don't know him but I did check out the bike...

There was a discussion before about this bike and people had wondered why the bearings on such a new bike were already shagged - some said possible wheelie machine....

That bike has been on sale for aaaaaaages

apparently the peg is snapped off one side, and the tyre might be a touch square (apparently), but the exhaust system is bliss.. bit of a bargain tho

IMO it's a typical case of someone new wanting to give bikes a go during summer.

He bought it, made it look cool with all the extra goodies. Then he might have tired a few amature wheelies to see what the fuss was all about and popped the steering head bearings. One really crap landing can be enough to do this even on a brand new bike, it doesn't have to be a thrashed wheelie machine. From what I gathered, he just used the bike to get around town for short trips cause let's face it, who doen't want to impress the ladies around town by rolling in on a very trick bike? Then after a while, he ran out of his luck and droped it while going at 30kmph by doing something really silly like turing into or out of a driveway a bit wrong. Most of you know how easy it is to do this.

Most racers wouldn't bother with hyperpro stuff like the ones on this bike for real racing. You'd normally go for the more top of the line shit but again it's just my opinion. I don't reckon it has been seriously thrashed or raced. A bit abused, maybe but not ridden to it's limits.

Reason for sale is pretty genuine as he's a mate of a mate of mine, and I know he is leaving the country for sure...

But the gamble is still yours if you want to buy it cause I could still be wrong about it all.

I see this bike everyday while coming to work. Its parked near Q.Street. Always wonder who the owner is as I hardly seen that bike move from its place.

Seems he must be a hard worker - early morning coming to work and leaving late..

but it surely is an amazing bike. Would buy it if i didnt get my current bike.

There goes my useless post for the day

    Regards

So how much would it cost to replace the bearings and is there any other damage when it was droped apart from the broken peg?

Some rash on the left hand plastics, not major but the rear has a slight crack just behind the rider seat.
