    What about the following:

Normal route to Akaroa (SH 75?)
    Left through Gibbies Pass
    Through Governors Bay to Lyttleton
Back through Tunnel, unless Evans Pass is open, then through Sumner

And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Tradition has generally been to Diamond Harbour for the first WNR of the season, but from what I'm told Godley House is no more. So uh.

Maybe via Evans and to the Wheatie?

But hell why am I posting I probably won't make it due to money.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?????????????
If only I can experience being on a two wheeler (again). Much appreciated.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

Yes you are right Andrew. Regrettably Dauvauchelles is also somewhat stuffed as well.

Evans to Port is closed due to rockfalls.

There is always a spare seat on the back of my shit bag or I can take 2 on the old shitter.

But Andrew will have to wear his jacket with the tassels.

Is my side of evans really closed? I have tomorow off and will check it out on the way into town.
    Just another leather clad Tinkerbell.

Sorry Mr Net, Oxford later on. A shortish run ending back in town for our first ride of the season. Remember some of these motorcyclists need to get back in practice

There now that really put the cat among the pigeons

Oh well it was worth a crack. If Evans is still closed you could go up Dyers after Gebbies and along Summit rd to Sumner and then to Ferrymead.

Wish I was going, love those Alehouse beer battered fries,

Dyers, along the Summit Rd to Evans works well with good light, but by the time we get there it will probably be going on dark. Later in the season that will be a good run ............ Will remember that one.

Come on Mr Net make the effort, those beer battered fries are worth it!!!!!
