Oh oh... Apologies...please ignore my previous post. I went to a BBQ and had one or two (hiccup). Got home and saw your post. Forgetting that it was Friday, thinking it was Saturday night and the ride had been rode already. I'm up for it today, Saturday, if you are still going...

Epic reading fail. Got as far as saturday morning in the hornet's post when I read it late this morning, just read the leaving at 12 part now.

Could have been riding instead of putting a f*#king car alarm in my sons f*#king car, what a f*#king shit of a job.
Riding cheap crappy old bikes badly since 1987

Yeah that was us. Not to be confused with the bike cop that was seen heading along a similar path sometime later.

Yep, would recognise you anywhere in that thing. Was a good ride today, beautiful weather over there and the traffic was reasonably light too, and best of all no bloody lake bugs!!

Sorry for the confusion on the way back CJ I was heading back on Old West Coast road so was going via taitapu.

Was wondering why I had a pile of gravel on my seat, then realised - bloody tail tidy!

No Worries TH - I figured what was going on but Gebbies is the quickest for me...

Are you sure the gravel didn't fly off my tyre as I was passing you?

What happened to the other group we were supposed to meet up with in 'Lil River & Akaroa?

can any one tell me whereabouts any good bike shops are? i had a aimless ride yesterday and came up with nothing, looking for some stores that have some sweet bikes to drool over and also somewhere to get my bike serviced
I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

For those that are keen to do the akaroa run without stops, should the group leave a little bit earlier?
