I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

you must've traveled a different road to that which I did earlier this evening.

bays still has marked (and some unmarked) potholes of grit right on the lines one would ride, I was lucky to expect them knowing our useless city council and it's blaise approach to health and safety.

evans is alright except that 30kph area.

Yes. Was worth doing. The roads are in pretty good condition considering the shake we had in early September.

If you guys are up for it we could do that ride to Akaroa in two weeks.

Don't forget Flip's ride next week if you are interested.
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Probably not. We didn't come down Evans Pass and through Sumner until around 2. Not sure what time it was. We didn't leave BK until 1230 though.

    Greta valley! woooo!

Ok I'll do a few stops on the way up cause this can get hairy.

First stop will be on Marshlands road across the road from the ice cream place, it's on the last straight before we turn off, please make sure you get far enough back from the road.

next stop will be breif in amberly to pick up the northern riders

NORTHERN RIDERS MEET US AT AMBERY AT LIKE 645

then there'll be a stop outside the pub at the turn off the waikeri.

then the last stop is the pub.

i might go scout the road tomorrow and scrub in some new tyres....maybe
