    Fzr1000

Possibly an ideal track bike, or small project before summer.

Why so cheap, well, tyres are shagged, rego is on hold, and doesnt have a warrant. Realistically, to get a warrant, all it would need is tyres, I don't believe there is anything else wrong with it to get one. Bike does run a bit rough and needs some tuning going on and some TLC

Selling this on behalf of my mate who has now moved down south, and just wants the money (although he would probably trade for something worth significantly more )

PM me if you have any questions.

    Eugene

I guess the issue with big-bore bikes now days is that with such high tyre cost/rego cost/insurance cost etc etc, that if you're gonna spend $$ on them, you might as well have a really nice one. I would love another litre bike, and a few years ago would have jumped at this, but it's gonna cost another $1500/$2k to get it on the road....could easily pick up a tidy bandit for around $4k

The thing is - at one time I could buy a good pre unit triumph twin for $200. Now I'd pay twice that for a petrol tank...

These were significant bikes - buy now, buy all the NOS shit you can and salt it away or ride it... Probably never be cheaper... (looks quite tidy really)
