that was epic as, the stack here is cut up bad with fat pot holes and rocks scattered around, hit a lump i got catapulted foward and my leg got stuck between the bar and the rider so couldnt pull myself back up tryd to headbutt the rider to get him to stop. fail! was completly f$%#^kn amazng though, absolutly loved it!!

Kitty, shame I can't make it tomorrow to cheer you on, but sometime later this season will probably be the annual pilgrimage to Rosebank (once a year seems to be about it).

Today was okay - the new bike was going well but as there was no gear change lever (it is a hand lever next to the clutch) he had to take off in second which meant he started way behind. Also having a new swinger had to start off the back anyway.
Hopefully we can scrounge up the $80 we need to get the gear changer lever and cable. Lol! racing on a budget! I blew the budget spending up at the Pink Ribbon Ride - all for a good cause.

funny thing our gear changer broke to it was a long shafty thing by the motor.

Hey, how is the speedway racing going? Do you and any other Gisbourne sidecars want to come up to Auckland to race at Waikaraka park on Saturday 30th October (starts 7pm - be there by 5pm pre race check-in? There is racing at Rosebank Speedway on the Sunday 31st (check in by 11.30am)
My husband is getting bikes together for Waikaraka and we will let the Rosebank reps know re Sunday = would be great to get some out of towners!
