Wheel from Wellington to Roys Hill

    Hi
I just bought what I hope is a front wheel for the bucket on trade me. I think it's in Upper Hutt (Will confirm when I know).
Would anyone be able to collect it for me and bring it to the Roys Hill meet in October? Would save messing about with couriers and the like. Any help appreciated.
    Henk

Wheel is in Mangaroa, Upper Hutt if that helps. I have no idea where it is.

Says he can drop the wheel at Kaitoke but I'mnot sure if there is a meet there between now and Roys Hill.

I'm in Lower Hutt and am planning on going to the Vic Club Racing at Manfeild next saturday(18th) so could get it there if someone is willing to take it the rest of the way up.
Life is difficult because it is non-linear.

I just bought an SV650 muffler from a guy in Mangaroa - traders name isn't "just-one" is it?

If so I know where he lives so could pickup the part for you and deliver to the next "courier in the link" (not much planned for the weekend anyway)
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.

Hey Henk, we're going to the NI round at Roys Hill in October, I assume you mean that meeting, if so we'd be happy to bring it through for you. Not sure if we'll be having a meet at Kaitoke before then, but we can pick it up for you next time we're out there or if someone else wants to collect it and either bring it to Newlands or buckets this Sunday at Slipway. A few options.

I lve in HB most weeks, and work in Manawatu Palmy every week 2 days a week so if you can get it to P Norf, I can bring it to Roy'd Hill. I just brought a wheel from Darfield and courier was $twenty, two, fifty to my door.
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death. (HT)

Trudes if you could do that it would be cool I'll get his adrress and let you know.
It is the NI round three I was thinking of.
Thanks for the other offers. But it looks like things are sorted.
Looking forward to the Roys Hill round and next weeks Mt Welly meet. Been about 4 weeks since the last race and I'm starting to get a litle itchy.
Looks like I might owe a few people a few beers for the help and ofers of help. We'll be staying at the Hastings Top ten if anyone would like to collect that weekend.

Thanks, at the moment it looks like Trudes and Niel are going to collect at some stage. If it's easier for you guys to do it that would be cool. Let me know either way.
Just hope the wheel is what I think it is. Description on TM was a bit vague so I took a punt. Could all be a huge waste of time and effort yet.

Hey Henk, were you trying to send me a PM? My inbox was full so I wasn't getting any PMs, so if so could you please send again, I've had a spring clean now.

    Done

Looking at my PMs I'll probably get shut down soon as well. How many are you allowed before the mailbox starts to over flow?

We have the wheel but life has changed so we are not going to make it to Roys Hill.
    Are you still going?

I hope things are good with you two. I'm absolutely gutted to not get the learn from Trudes next weekend - had been looking forward to that, but hope Taupo is still all go.

Hope all is well down there. Bit bummed that you won't make it, was looking forward to catching up.
No hurry on that wheel if it all gets too hard.
