    Public submissions for Land Transport (Road Safety and Other Matters) Amendment Bill

    This bill basically raises the driving age and looks at drunk driving.


    The closing date for submissions is Thursday, 21 October 2010

    "The bill introduces a range of new measures designed to improve the safety of young drivers and provide the courts with a wider suite of sanctions for serious or repeat driving offenders."
