Everybody should be doing all they can to improve their technique. by focussing on theiory and practice. Getting on the bike and screwing around may count as "experience", but is not necessarily making you better.
I fully intend going on all the courses I can (not quite CSS yet- maybe when the finances are lookingsharper). But definitely ART days at least for now.
