    I now understand more about variators and centrifugal clutches. I always wondered why Burgman riders changed allot of these drive components. Now I can see what could happen when they do. I will still stick with stock stuff.

    This system was patented by Edward Turner in 1959,and used in the Triumph Tina in 1962.

    Thats interesting, I've always puzzled over how they work. Never bothered to look it up though.
