    Power Commander installer in Wellington?

Hi Everyone, looking to get my newly arrived Power Commander III fitted to the Hornet. Any advice / experience on who's best to use in Wellington.

You won't need anyone to install it for you mate, should just piggy back off your standard ecu etc, surely it came with instructions? It will probably be loaded with a 'zero' map unless you specified one for your bike. You can download maps from their website to suit your bike, or better get it dyno tuned.

Motomart have a dyno and they're a Honda dealer, so that would be a start....

Take a nice ride to Tauranga and get Gary Pendleton of Dynotech to custom map it.
He is a gun at it

I think Wellington Motorcycles have a Dyno.

    Check with crasherfromwayback.

wellington motorcycles do have a dyno and it sure made a huge difference on my bike. only downer was that it was pretty damn pricey, but worth it in the end.

For sure it's not cheap...but we get fantastic results with it!

Cost me just over $600 for dyno tune at RRR here in Christchurch, but well worth it. No one product for $600 could net you the gains that dyno time will.

Mine cost me $200, a box of beers and a sticker for about 8 hours dyno work.

$200 for my mate who tuned it, and a box of beers and a sticker on the bike for the shop.

Was that on the Honda or the Suzuki Deano?

The Zooki - just had to put the shop's sticker on the bike for a few races.

I need one for the Repsol too after fitting the GP style (1 underseat and one low pipe) Arrows full system.

The pipes were literally glowing white after the last track day. It's ok on the road, but not when its being ridden properly on the track !!

So what's the process. Dyno / fit Power Commander / Dyno or just fit the PC and then dyno?

Any idea how much to get this done at WMC?
