Problem being was:
a) he did not follow said ute to testing facility to confirm
b) no warning was given
c) the plates were not punched into the system to confirm that this was the first time an education was given.
Also cops are usually quite nice when they are educating.
He was power tripping. Just like when I got pulled over as the RG was "smoking too much".
Fact of the matter is they don't have anything - but sure it was you doing the dodgy.......so try ANYTHING.
Cops aren't bad overall - but like everyone they have bad days.

a/ He doesn't have to follow ute to the testing station, maybe if he was on a power trip he would have written the vehicle off the road?
b/ How do you know that a warning wasn't given? anyway for all anyone on here knows he may have been happy with the ute after he heard it up close.
c/ I know what you mean, but in seven words or less logistically it is not possible to enforce.
