Which fork oil do you recommend/not recommend?

Ill be changing the blade fork oil, supercheap stocks silkolene, any good?

A good 15-19 centistoke oil will probably do the trick. PM Robert Taylor to get his recommendation for which brand. The "weight" a lot of oils are labelled as sometimes bears little resemblance to their flow characteristics. From memory, some of the Maxima oils are pretty good, too.
