I live out in the Stix (actually Dad's Nursey is call "Stix Poplar"). There is no cable. Broadband is wireless and is $100/month at the cheapest. I can only just use the celephone. But I'd rather live here

Sweden has a normal bandwidth of something like 20-42mbit.. probabaly some large amounts of isdn B channels going into each house ;D

And waylander that 54mbit speed is the connection between your computer and the access point that then connects to the internet at telescum speeds, 256kbps (0.2mbit) and up to 8mbit since they scrapped the 128kbps service. Suppose you know that anyway right

I don't have a clue mate. All I know is that it is much faster than what I had in the states. Had DSL there aswell.
