My arse he did...had to build a two stroke just to keep up then engineered their demise by convincing the great unwashed that overweight technocrap was the future.

But I love it because of this.

I've owned a few Hondas (VF500F, CBX400F, VT250F, etc etc) over the years and they were exactly what DEATH_INC says.
This man speaketh the truth and Death inc is right (Oh shit is that a sign of the apocalypse?)

Funnily enough the whole Italian bike ethos seems to be 1) starting when it wants to 2) falling appart as you ride 3) buzzing your hands to sleep but ask 90% of Italian owners if theyd ever consider anything else and theyd laugh at you.

I also have to put my hand up to having owned several hondas (CB 100,VT250, VFR 400 and 750, VF400F, XL250, CR 250) and with the exception of the last one they are the most reliable thing known to man. I even still have my VTZ250 as a commuter. Guess that means I bat for both teams.

I think the difference is laughing 'with' or 'at'. I'm 'at'.

    .
That's because they are all Masochists.

Which is OK as long as they keep to their Italian bikes. It is when they also purchase a Honda that they cause trouble.

    Then you get a Masochistic-Homo

Hmmm - I was initally very confused by the reference to roof-painting.

Then I checked my trusty Honda manual and it explained all (page 69).

Apparently roof-painting is urban slang for, shall well say, inserting sausage into mouth and 'painting' the roof. Presumably white ........
