    Correct me if im wrong please but Ian Morris owned a pub in Napier where the dudes once played?

    Although Bliss might as well be the National anthem I believe Be mine tonight is the best tune Th' dudes ever did and the live version from the 2006 reunion tour might be the best version.

    Not sure about that. Along with hundreds of other bands, they played at The Cabana. It was an icon that more recently fell on bad times and Ian was instrumental (ha!) in getting it going again.

    When I worked at Mount Cook we had a band called 'Bliss' who came up from Queenstown(?) and played at a couple of our staff end of season bashes. 'Bliss' naturally was their theme song they thery rocked it out brilliantly! Sorry ... a bit off topic I guess...
