Well i was sitting behind a truck at a intersection when this wanker trys to plow me through the rear of the truck. This was totally unexpected and when your heading for a ten ton trunk, not very nice experience.

This guy was off the planet took him two attempts to back off the tail section of my bike. The first time he reverses, then while attempting to put the hand brake on (slight hill) he runs my bike over again. He then gets out and asks if i need help to pick my bike up.

This all happened outside the central police station, so there was a quick response, even thou i saw a police car drive in the opposite direction.

Over heard the officers saying he failed the breath test, and this is not the first time.

Only real damage was my yoshis, which are bent beyond repair. From behind, kinda looks like high mounts. Not to worried, makes me glad i own a 'rat' bike, if it was a new zx12 or somthing, i woulded have been so calm.

Well aslong as he has insurance thye will be paid for. If not then you've got all the evidence needed to prove it was his fault and make sure he pays. Lucky it was in front of the station.
