    Different size disks? gsf250

I was informed by a local bike shop that my disks are below minimum width, they still work fine but anyway. I ordered a replacement off trade me but they are roughly 1cm smaller in diameter. Is this useless to me or is there a way to adjust the calipers to suit? Thanks in advance!

at a guess you would need to remount the caliper to make it suit, 5mm would prabably shift the edge of the disk inside the pad, which could do unpredicatable things when the pads wear down significantly while leaving a high spot on the edge. Making an adaptor to shift the mount in isn't too difficult, but its likely to move the caliper round and maybe make the brake line not reach....

But it could just be measurement errors or something and it may fit in there good as, hopefully.
