*** THERMAL NECK WARMERS***

Hi everyone. For those of you who are suffering from the cold neck and face syndrome, check out our excellent neck warmers on trademe. These are selling really well and our feedback has been excellent.
Go to trademe, motorcycles, clothing, then other and you will come across them.These are made from warm brushed thermal fabric, not polar fleece.

These really are the bees knees. Im an extremely keen motorcyclist and wasnt overly impressed with some of the big name brands of neck and face warmers. My wife (who makes sporting wear for a living) and myself designed these and we are wrapped with what we have come up with.

s41, are the neck warmers the same thickness and material all over? I've got a cheap neckwarmer from motomail, it's made out of stuff similar to what thermal underwear is made of, but maybe a bit thicker. Thing is, the wind pretty much goes straight through it, so while you're moving, it doesn't work too well. But while you're stopped, I guess it works - just that when you're stopped you don't really need it.
Does your neck warmer block the wind? Is there any difference in thickness or type of material on the front of the warmer where it is exposed to the wind?
Just curious.

Double layered in the front. Very warm and comfy but not waterproof.

The non waterproof ones are better as the water tends to sit in it and not end up in nether regions. I forked out mega bucks for a fash as wind proof water proof version as advertised in many bike mags, great on these cold nights but not so good in the wet. Also not so great with an open face, IMHO the freebee one that that came with my last bike is the bees knees. Still to try out the balaclava that came with my current bike.

Sure beats a scarf coming unravelled and waving dangerously close to the rear workings, i'm sure there are many stories about scarves floating around out there.

Ordered one, arrived 1 working day after receipt of online payment. Good work mate!

First impressions, 30 mins around 100km/h areas in about 5-7 degrees was excellent. Very comfy, keeps the wind out just nicely. Great price!

Tiniest little gripe (non-issue really).Found it a little suffocating when over my nose. Not because its too tight (Which is isnt, its just right) the particular material of course doesnt let too much air through so I found it stopping me from breathing through my nose freely. I may just edit it so I have a small slit there for mah nosey.

Seal of approval from Mr Devil.

When we designed these neck warmers there was some talk of leaving a slit in so your nose could hang out. After lots of feedback from fellow bikers it was decided not to as everyone liked the way they were.
As you say if you do find them slightly suffocating you can adjust them yourself or you could buy a gsx1000 and you will find plenty of air inside your helmet!!!
