One year I had a huge pile of lollies - fruit bursts or similar - the wrapped ones. We had no kids come that year so my friend and I drove around pelting the wandering teenagers. Threw them really hard - was so much fun to watch.
Good sound effects too, lots of squealing as they got hit and then they were scrabbilng around on the ground picking them up

We had kids trick or treating one year at work (dental surgery) I gave them toothbrushes and toothpaste - they were rapt!Tangy fruits? (ouch!)
