I'd easily knock off 5 cups before lunch.
Though considering the bottle of wine I just polished off before my coffee, and the other bottle of wine I intend to consume after my coffee I may just be a glutton .

According to science 1 coffee a day is good. Or 1 and a half squares of dark chocolate.
I had espresso machines at home and did up to 10 doubles some days. After about 5-10 years, coffee then started to cause health problems. Cutting back or giving up is quite hard with the black stuff everywhere and a bit like cigarettes addiction wise.
Caffeine can and does attack the nervous system in oldies, shaking, dementia, gut and neurological problems occur after even 1 decade of strong tea and coffee drinking. Pay your dues nobody rides for free
