Thanks again Guys - I got a manual I would have been a little lost without it! Thanks for the offer of help on the engine, once I know its going ok I may well take you up on that. I have seen 150cc kits on Ebay that I may look at ( but they seem unbelievably cheap?!?) and would like to change the gear box at some stage - not too keen on the 4 down thing, but that may be a little beyond me at this stage!

Well got it tentatively back together to see how things are looking - the JB weld I put on the tank has held fine so far - and .... OMG ... it started first kick!! Albeit at about 100000 revs, dont think i got the cables right, and a lot of smoke cos I forgot to tighten the header and it was F'In loud - but it started :-)

Just got to figure out the whole idle, air mix screws etc and get these dam cables right - but still so far feeling pretty chuffed
