    AMCC Entry fees

Ok i can understand the increased entry fee for hampton downs and don't have an issue with that but pukekohe has gone from $95 up to $130 for club members & $150 for non members + $40 for a transponder its got to make it the most expensive club series there is, how come other clubs only charge $33.75 for transponders? i'm not expecting anything to come from this thread just wanted to have a rant.

Thats what i was thinking as well.

I'm still going to race though, just thought it was a pretty steep increase.

    $130 for club members & $40 for a transponder!
    $170 for a 10min practice & 3 x 8lap races?..

You can do an ART day & get 5 to 6 sessions with free launch & a BBQ afterwards
    for $120...Eow

You mean all clubs don't do $50 entry and $20 transponder hire like down here in Canterbury

    edit: and free spectator entry

you would have passed the pukekohe MX club clubday at the Mercer sand track,

it was one of the smaller days we had there this year

    $20 for members,
    $30 for non members,
$10 for transponder hire (cheaper transponders to buy tho)

but the costs to run both meetings are very different, the road race clubs have huge costs with the hire of circuits, mx clubs do not,

How are they different exactly? Surely they are doing the same job?

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
