Reading newest post first?

Hi Guys, loving the forum and slowly finding my way around, BUT, how do I sort the postings so that the newest appears first, at the moment (hopefully a default setting that I can change) the original post appears first and replies after that, sounds logical and so what you may say, well one message had around 3000 odd replies, so would be great to be able to read the NEWEST one first rather than paging through all replies....hope that makes sense and PLEASE tell me it can be done
