If i decipher correctly. it has to do with quiting smoking and i have 2c to give on that subject

Just quit.

And every time you feel like a smoke think " great, I'm a none smoker"
Don't do the gum or patches they are rubbish. Try Allen Carrs book "The Easyway to give op smoking" That has a lot of god tips in it, though it isen't magic.

But most of all DON'T BE AFRAID OF TRYING. whats the worst that can happen ? You start again ? and then how much worse are you off ?
