    Announce New bloke (Major Defeat)

    Gidday folks.
Been lurking for a while, finally decided to post!
Been riding for about 18 years on the road but finally decided to have a go offroad and loved it - even though I was crap.

Decided I need decent tyres so will be searching for info on here and also will be looking to get back into the rally scene.

Anyway, just popping my head round the door and saying hello.

    Hello!

    Welcome to the site!

Good thing you didn't call your login Major Defect as we have enough of them on here already!

Re riding like crap - all of us do that on and off road too!

Welcome aboard, keep an eye on the meetings and events forum for stuff happening, if you're keen for a rally you could join us for a ride to winchester this weekend...

    http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...010-(19-21-Nov)

Otherwise, I'm sure the local DR owners will be along shortly to invite you along for their madness...

    Cheers guys,

rally would be have been great this weekend but I've got other commitments unfortunately.

All my rallying has been done in the UK but I'm assuming that it's the same deal here? Band, Booze, food and silly games?

    Who said rally virgin?......
