Silicone muffler clamps?

One of my Muffler clamps broke so I made up a new band, 316 Stainless 1.2 x 30 x 430mm strip.

Problem is the silicone band that goes under the strap is somewhere between Tauranga and Auckland.

Anyone know what I can use to replace this and where to get from. need in a hurry as I need to Get a WOF.
