'Issues' with boyfriend and bikes

Its a trust and a confidence thing...she is not that confident riding a bike and....(the silly girl)....trusts Moi within limits of speed and riding style. She has no hesitation asking me to slow if she is uneasy and in true team fashion, we do slow down

Get the FKN bike !!! he will learn to live with it if not call me

go for it i was on the back with hubby now i ride my own and love it .. would never give my bike up for him..... and he would not ask......

personally, I have had a few men over the years say 'we could sell your bike and buy us a ..." suffice to say we parted company fairly rapidly. There are some honeys tho, my hubby bought me 3 bikes just cos I like them

. He couldnt ride and had no interest in riding.

interesting - the thought that some people think they have the right to control their partners ... and have partners that allow them to think that's mebbe OK by even considering it.

talk to the bloke - ask why
if the answer isn't acceptable, tell him why

either way - you both get to choose

Do what you want - I ride and love it. If anyone told me I couldn't do it - they wouldn't be worth it. Life is what you make it. Fortunately for me, my partner taught me to ride and supported me all the way. Now I ride as good as he does. Go girl, do what your heart wants
