Looking for a topbox/tailpack

I'm looking for a good tailpack or topbox. It needs to be waterproof and big enough for my helmet, gloves and a 2l lunchbox with room to spare. I'm looking for something reasonably priced, preferably under $150. Any recomendations?

If going for a top box option on your bike, you will need 'L brackets' (bike specific) and a 'sport rack' (same size/width) to attach the top box(any...to a point) to.
