Have you tried the local clubs, AMCC and Hamilton M/C ??
Getting enough marshals is always a problem. Good Luck, I'll be there racing.

I hope you find the required amount of personal............. the most under-rated people on race day IMHO

However i still find it saddening that race organisers/clubs in NZ do not organise marshalls better and give them the kudos they deserve. However good your briefing is it is worrying that in-experienced people are openly encouraged to be a marshall for a day and nubers are not always finalised prior to raceday.

I started my interest in motorsport (particually bikes) by becoming a marshall at 15 back in the Uk at my local track Snetterton.
New recruits were just observers within the marshalling position for a couple of meetings............. then you were on observation before moving to bike recovery and then after a lot of experience you might become the head marshall of a post... where you directed your two offsiders and kept in radio contact with control and other stations. A chief marshall oversaw the whole operation.
Gave me a great insight into race meeting organisation and makes me hold all marshalls in the highest respect.
All racers should spend at least a few occasions as a marshall to appreciate the resposibility of the position................ and its the best place to see the best racing lines.

Maybe you could try paying them like Scrivy did for the TRRS.
The going rate was about $80 per day.
