    $11,500?

Is he insane? Does he want to sell it or just masturbate to pictures of his bike on the Internet?
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

No you're not a dumbarse (although you did spell arse incorrectly), you're just talentless. Hence the desire for more power to compensate for the aforementioned lack of talent.

    You're welcome.

    He's using the classic ploy...

    Wife wants the bike gone.
He advertises said bike for sale.
No buyers due to pricing used in advert.
"Sorry hun, no sale forthcoming, don't want to lose money, etc, etc. Guess we'll have to keep it".

    I read this:
    According to Wiki the YZF-R7
Weight 176.0 kg (388.0 pounds) (dry)
Engine 749cc 4-stroke In line four
    Power 106.00 HP (77.4 kW) @ 11000 RPM
    Torque 72.10 Nm (7.4 kgf-m or 53.2 ft·lbf) @ 9000 RPM

I would have thought 106 HP/72.10 was a bit low to compete in WSBC,
you'd need alot of talent to win a race with these figures if up against riders of similar abilities on higher powered bikes.

As I did not read the "over 162 hp (120 kW) in race trim"
I was thinking maybe a little underpowered for the class it was intended for.
As this is not the case, yes a dumb arse I could very well be.

I Appreciate the sentiment, however I don't feel I need any more power, my TL makes more than enough for me at this time.

Most of the UK road going R7s have R1 engines in them. The conversion process is significantly cheaper than the race kit and it's a more rideable engine/chassis combo than either the standard R7 or the 2000 R1.
