Had another look cause that seems cheap and logical, and sure enough, the undertray is neatly cut away to expose the two brake light bulbs. Turn that sucker on and get on your hands and knees; unless it has been modified you should be able to see the two tail light bulbs easily through a piece of clear plastic right where you'd expect![]()

Not trading up to giving it up, going to stick to my car now
Two for 60 in wellies <-- is that two for 600 tyres installed? ..... it would be 2 for $50, if that's the case (includes balancing) but few weeks ago i needed a new back tyre due to the thread... well it was just slicks..

If the tyre is worn down to the wear indicators it is a fail.
If the tyre has no wear indicators then the old ruling of less than a minimum of 1.5 mm tread across ¾ of the tyre is a fail.
If the shock absorbers are leaking it is a fail.
If the shocks do not work how they are intended to (no oil = bouncy bouncy) it is a fail.
The registration plate must have a white reflected light and must be visible at 20 meters at night.
I have my AVI cert, and I’m twiddling my thumbs till it expires so I no longer have to deal with people who whinge and bitch because they haven’t figured out that things wear out when you use them.
Look at it this way, you get your sticker after crying that your tyre is still good for the trip home, you wipe out on gravel and go under a bus and the poor prick who couldn’t be arsed arguing with you goes to jail.
Sound like a good deal?
Put your fucking hand in your pocket.
I’m so glad your selling your bike, don’t rush out and get another one.
We all have our little obsessions...
O.K Hotshot! don't know why you just wasted your time typing that, cause if you noticed in the last posts, i quoting i was taking the car, i have no idea why on earth you did that...... i know what would happen if it happen, but how can it happen when i'm in a car? understand, this post was to know when was it a requirment for the white light, i brought 2 bikes frm trademe, FXR150 had for 2yrs, no white light, CBR (about 3yrs no white light,) then i get pinged it was a shock that's all,
my forks still bounce as i went to move it and slipped abit going forward and grab the front breaks to hold me kind of stressed tested it when i was falling foward (getting the car out last night, washing it) in fact i'll videcamcorder it to show tyre as well, to show you how much Theard there is.. i'm pretty sure once you saw it you would do the same $159 is a bit of money
the tyre was to see if it was ok, cause me and 6 other people said the same thing it looks brand new apart from those little patchs which are worn - its not biggie to replacing it was just a quote to see if i can still use it which i though it would... if you looked at the photos......
at the end of the day which in my last posts, i quoted "its getting fixed, and i'm not riding it" - only time i'll be riding it is to get it fix.
so please i know you wanted to put in your 2 cents worth, this was sorted all yesterday no point continuing it..........
thanks for the quote on not rushing up to get another bike (they are fighting words, big man i'm scared .i'm just not going to waste my time with people like you,)
(I have my AVI cert, and I’m twiddling my thumbs till it expires so I no longer have to deal with people who whinge and bitch because they haven’t figured out that things wear out when you use them.)
No matter where you go, you get them ... on here, yes that me, at retail stores... in warehouses, nightclubs, etc etc
i was the same when i was in retail fixing computers, cellphones, tv, i just got sick of people not knowing what was wrong, bitching and moaning there cellphone are not waterdamaged in fact they were.... some people like me can fix cellphones computers etc easy without no problems, some people are good at fixing motorcycles and cars, like right now if i typed something up which i do in my dayjob, you would'nt have a fking clue what i was doing, if fact this is what i'm trying to sort out at work ......my question to you, (100% you won't know) I want to install a python package from source on android. Is this possible? I tried in the console to run the py install files, but distutils (.core, ccompiler) isn't being found. Is it possible to still install them
they why that have experts in differnet fields yours is AVI I Get sick of people moaning about Code, i cant do it or understand aswell its life, people get over it
if you cant understand what i was trying to say, please don't bother replying
thank you, have a nice day....... tis a good day today
The wording was changed recently to 'a minimum of 1.5mm in any principal tread groove'.
humm i just looked up http://www.nzta.govt.nz/vehicle/choo...ics.html#tyres it quotes
Good tyre tread is essential for road grip especially in wet weather. Legally, treads must be at least 1.5mm deep across three quarters of the tread pattern around the entire tyre. However, if you have tread depth indicators in the principal grooves then you must have at least 1.5mm tread depth in these areas. - my tyre doesn't have indictors
reading that my tyre should pass,
Quoted directly from my VIRM......
Reason for rejection.
11. A tyre doesn not have a tread pattern depth of at least 1.5mm (excluding and tie-bar or tread depth indicator strip) around the whole circumference of the tyre:
a)within all the principal grooves that normally contain moulded tread depth indicators, or
b) if the tyre does not normally have moulded tread depth indicators (such as some retreaded or vintage tyres), across at least three-quarters of the tread width.
I'd be highly surprised if your tyres didn't have tread depth indicators.
Stick with cut'n'paste...
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
