    I agree with Biff and Paul, but does anyone know if the family can now pursue a
    civil case against him, or can we all say $$$$$. I believed thats what happened in 1994, he settled the civil case with a payout purely tobring it all to a quick end, likely to be the cheaper option. Im know MJ fan, but I dont feel he neccessarily did these things. He sure is a nut, just may not be that flavour nut.
