Repairing bits on a Yamaha Jog, advice needed please

Just bought a 2008 Jog today for $700, decent price? I am a first time owner of anything of this sort and usually get around in a car. Would love some pointers hehe. Anyway, the indicator light is working fine but the yellow cover is broken, where is the cheapest place to get this fixed? I am a uni student so on a tight budget. I would also love to de-restrict this, where can I go to do that and how much would it cost? Lastly, the auto lock mechanism has been broken as the scooter had been stolen from the legal owner before. So the auto keyhole lock and the seat compartment lock are both not working, need to get this fixed before i take it anywhere i think, where would I go to fix that and how much do you think it would cost. Sorry to come in here with all these questions. Cheers

Try trademe, some jog parts are listed under (Jog) or (cv50)

Motomail have cv50 parts and they are starting to import performance upgrade parts.

Check out scootlings web shop and page.

The washer in the exhaust is the easiest to remove( buy a new washer b4 pulling pipe off)
The front pulley (variator) is next but it can have problems anything after that it starts to domino.

Book yourself into a scooter riding course.
