While I don't believe personally this stuff works. I do find it funny that most of you people bagging it probably think things like "panadols good for headaches" & why? cause a drug company told you so, welcome to the placebo effect people you've just been scammed

(don't get me wrong panadol does have some uses, headaches are NOT one of them)

What I'm getting at here is there ARE other ways to drugs (this probably not one of them tho), sometimes better ways but drug companies have profits to protect so they do push "placebo effects" & drugs for uses that they were not intended. Drug companies are NOT above scamming people & do each & every day, just look round at the reliance on things like panadol you'll soon see my point.

What you say is largely true .. However, in this particular case, it's a scam ...

While you have a point that a lot of popular pills are likely 'scams', I see nothing wrong with the placebo effect, you buy a pill, take it, headaches gone, customer got what they wanted and seller got money, where's the problem?

Same applies for these bands perhaps? Course for the placebo effect to work you gotta beleive they will help, and that shits ridiculous, a shiny strapped to your wrist hmmm, maybe thats why rolex's are so popular?

oh yea don't get me wrong people I think this deal is ludacris I'm just pointing out the drug companies aren't so much better they've just had longer at it.

I think things like this are mostly harmless and work as a placebo for those that believe (or a lesson) it's when they start pushing "unconfirmed alternatives" to known cures that I have issues with these kinda 'scams' especially when life is in the balance

    Blah

A surfing buddy who works the weekend markets and is a dodgy junkie tried those muscle tests on me, to sell me a 'power balance bracelet'.

Thanks for the good advice guys, I wont be buying one.

Sorry guys, call me a loony if you want, but I wear one and swear by it.

The muscle tightness in my back that I've suffered with for the last couple of years is all but gone and I can't make the nerves in my ankles pinch when I run, no matter how hard I push myself. Probably won't sound like a big deal to most of you but the issue with my ankles has been a life long problem to the point that "I don't do running" used to come out of my mouth on rather a regular basis.

Believe what you want, but make up your own mind rather than take comments on here as gospel.

Guys, everything the OP has mentioned is true. These things work awesome! They cured up my Obsessive Hosiery Dislocation Disorder real quick

They're so good that I've been authorized by the Fortune 500 company that makes these things to arrange special sponsor packs for everyone on this forum. We're going to pay you $1000 per week to wear them everywhere you go whilst extolling our virtues.

In order to start you'll need to send a us your wrist and ankle measurements so we can get our ex-NASA scientists to make you a custom bracelet with a super-rare orange hologram! We'll also need a small sum to get your stationary printed but then it's clear sailing

Just Western Union $125 to our account #BB19902-222-3111-22222-squid-a-lilly and we'll take care of the rest. You don't even need to tell us your name or email.

    You're a loony

From another trademe advert for this ridiculous product. (the first one has been pulled apparently)
Power Balance is a performance technology that is a favorite among elite athletes...that strive to perform at the top of their game
Who? No names therefore no one. As it is said on this site "photos or it didn't happen.

Power balance holograms are embedded with frequencies that react positively with your body's natural energy fields.
No they're not! This is nonsense. It is like saying that a certain petrol is infused with heavy metal music to give it an earsplitting exhaust tone.
Doubt me? then try and come up with definitions for power, hologram, frequency, reaction, energy and field that in some way can link together as the scammers claim. Can't be done!

When the hologram comes in contact with your body's energy field, it allows your body to interact with the natural, beneficial frequency stored with the hologram. This results in improved energy flow throughout your body.
Hack...hack hack... I'm unsure whether I'm laughing or throwing up...

Use when Batting, Coaching, or On-Field
or might I suggest to indicate to other con artists that you are an easy mark. Dare you to wear it walking past a crystal/homeopathy/"I sell crap" shop without kissing goodbye to this weeks rent

If at this stage you are still unconvinced by my words of wisdom that is fine. I now feel I can help you. I have been gifted by my level 78 Reiki 16th holder of the scroll of mystical Paladin a fantastic energy detox regime. Psst shh don't share this with anyone else it is our secret "Don't eat crap food all the time and do some exercise some of the time and get some decent shut eye time" It's amazing, it works. I know, I've heard many people say "it works". World leaders, international sports people and several nobel prize winners have in their lives said "it works"
But before you try it make sure you give a complete stranger $100 and sure enough in 2 weeks you will also be saying "it works" Yes its true giving complete strangers money and doing what someone tells you to do really does make you feel good.

    Remember "It works"

Funnily enough I have 10,000liters of it in a holding facility in Nigeria where unfortunately my business partner died recently without signing the release forms. I just need $$$$s to release the Chemical Resonance Audio Petrol to the NZ market.

Send me all your money now. If you do this within the next fifteen minutes you can have all of it for free. And thats not all.... blah blah blah...
