I have had a so called "balance test" done on me. Weird thing was it kinda worked.

I'm not to sure whether it's just a placebo effect or not because I didn't know when it was put in my hand.

There are supposedly medicinal ones as well but until solid proof can be given as to why and how they work they are just another scam to me.

Our local seller tried that one on me. It's an old parlor trick based on muscle memory. We used to muck about with the tricks at school, we used slates & chalk in lessons.

I was given a Shuzi (?) bracelet as a present & had a sniff around trying to find out about the "technology". It doe's not exist in any peer reviewed form. A friend with one removed the chip & did the same tricks to unsuspecting bar flys.

I'm a natural sceptic & just because something is new & not main stream I do not automatically scoff. We do respond to magnetic & electrical influences, so why not?

The morning after I put the bracelet on I woke up feeling great, their could be a 100 reasons why but it was a suprise. Otherwise it had zero effect. I gave it back. A lot of money for something which is totally negligible & purportedly helps your golf swing. I don't play golf...

Having pondered this overnight, my take is this.....

I have always believed that we have an energy within us. If we didn't then the Chinese have been scamming us for thousands of years. This energy, when focused can produce great self healing ability.

I think that all these bracelets are doing is creating a sense of awareness of that energy and the wearers own mind power then takes over and achieves the results.

I don't. There comes a point where you HAVE to make an accommodation with what ails you and learn to cope with it. Natural remedies don't work. Drugs don't work. Pain management is a mental discipline in its own right that doesn't need snake oil pedlars' input.

I'm skeptical. I don't think the holograms would help get rid of the feeling of hunger but yeah, eating the silicon bands might either make you feel full or really sick

Easy to see if a scam.Ask the sales rep when he is having chemo,then go visit him when he's getting treated,he'll have a needle in his arm or wrist,if not ask him what tablet he is on,if he can't give you answers to his regime give the wanker a punch from me,I friggin hate arseholes saying they're having treatment or got cancer and haven't.

Man if it is true I could've done with it when having my chemo,especially when having radiation and chemo infused weekly into my neck,especially when combining it with a few cocktails,man my feet were pissed that night.

I agree with everything else apart from the drugs, prescription pain killers do work. Its sad how desperate people can get that they will fall for this B/S. I know a guy who has been conned into trying "energy medicine" - he gets charged an outrageous amount of money to get plugged into what is basically a fancy lie detector that "heals" his body with electrical impulses. Problem is the "real" doctors can´t do anything about his condition so its a last resort - no-ones got the heart to tell him its a load of Quakery, his only real hope is a miracle. If they weren´t charging so much it wouldn´t be so bad. These parasites feeding off the sick and desperate need a bullet between the eyes.
