I duno, the other pumps and gearing as you say are in the parts box... spose Ill give him the lot. I expext the 350 gearing pumps more oil than the 250 pump?

Have you got a Haynes manual? Im sure that where it shows the diffence and pump stroke adjustment, and the pump internal helical gear difference.
I will try and find mine, its in the shed somewere. Too many bikes in there to get in and I cant move the bloody things with one arm, only just doing two finger typing again

The RD250/350LC is ready for the warrant check. Still have to pull the oil pump apart at some stage and replace the seals but it's pumping at the correct range for now with no leaks.

Thanks for the offers of help and advice (links) guys.

Doesn't it piss you off when both races are the same size?
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Nah, there's spacing washers that need to be added with the a/m bearing kit and I thought it wouldn't need any. Wrong.

Well the NSR survived the open day without blowing up (quite a surprise in itself) so I guess that I had better at least get it warranted before the 27th!
