Ahh I was going to ask about that. Have you done the front end swap?
Don't you look at my accountant.

Nah mate. Waiting for the spares bike to arrive which wont be till next week. Then I'll assess which forks are in better nick then decide wether to straighten the ones I've got or just swap 'em out. Some rookie's fucken drilled the holes in the damper tubes on the forks I've got too. Mr Taylor is kindly pricing up some emulators as well so she'll be well sorted once it's done.

Editing original post now, thanks for reminding me

The Peoples Hero was around yesterday showing off his newly tidied X7.

A month and a bit to go people, how's the healing coming along Jase?
Cool - the Wellington Classic Bike club has a ride that day from the Cenotaph to Lake Ferry. (leave Cenotaph at 10) Might be a cool idea to meet up at the Cenotaph and make a fist of it. I can let them know and see if its OK? One of em might drag out an old stroker too...

FWIW - I dont think I'll ride the ac50 / a100 to lake ferry thanks...

I wasn't talking about your bike Jimmy. Si's in the post above, but apparently he's yet to order one after taking it to the track day on sat (that's cheating starting with a going bike!!).

You can braze up the damper holes & redrill of course. I mean how many miles are you really going to put on it?

Yep, the R1 is certainly got a WOF anyways...

R6 front end off Ebay. Even tho I have Magteks, the whole front end is going on once Robert works his magic. I went for the R6 as it has the same offset as the NSR should it should at least have a chance of steering the same...

It may not be done in time, so it may be wearing the std stuff for the group ride.

For a gutless MC28 restricted to hell it almost goes ok (for a Honda...)

Slow healing, been doing to much and have stoped taking pain killers so it hurts and I actually I rest it. Another 4 weeks so the Dr says, need a Medical cert for MNZ to get my Licence back too, and a new helmet, and my leathers repaired. Was hoping to race at RoysHill on the 6th and Taupo on the 12th/13th. Cant see that happening, Hope to have my Sons KR ready for the 12th tho. Stupid highside, stupid crashing, stupid shoulder blade................................

The TZR just needs the lights bolted back in, take the slicks off ,mirrors etc

LC road bike (with RZ engine) all ready apart from a bit of clutch slip, might take the clutch out next week, still has standard springs by the feel of it. Havnt had the RZ engine apart, just fitted it out of a bent donor bike when I "borrowed" the road engine for the race bike

Reg and Wof for both bikes as well

Did anyone see or know who the guys with the 750 Kwaka, T500, 86 and 83 RZ's who were at Manfeild on Sunday?
4 very nice strokers, Be good to see them on the 27th

Reminds me I'm supposed to go help a mate take his VJ23 crank out this week, wonder if we can get parts for that in time?

Ummm... bike has fallen all over the floor into several pieces in the garage - better sort that one out. New front end is somewhere between the US and here...
