The sole on my Gaerne boots is wearing away, but my boots are generally still in a good condition.
Can motorcycle boots be re-soled? My local shoe repair man thinks not, but I thought I'd check before I rush out and buy new boots.

MinuteMan, here in TGA can. Although if they run out of the sole you had chosen, and they phone you saying that they can replace it with something similar ......
DONT SAY GO FOR IT!!!
Sidi sports boots with a "Lug Sole" are fugly!!!![]()
No body move... I dropped my brain
I think alot depends on the boot too.
I know, for instance, that some tramping boots can be resoled and some can't. I would imagine it would be the same with motorcycle boots.
I had a pair years ago that I had resoled about 3 times. Can't remember the brand though. Wasn't flash however.
As has been said... its possible, depending on factors.
See... no yes's or no's here![]()

Hello officer put it on my tab
Don't steal the government hates competition.
The clobber in Palmy resoled my boots and they never leaked since, cost me $30 from memory
I had a pair of Daytona goretex boots resoled.
On return they felt tight, I assume they went back to original size rather than what I'd stretched 'em out to. All good now.
Had to give then to a Daytona dealer, so I'd advise finding your local Gaerne man and talk to him. Don't bother with the shoe man.
