    Rider about to pass is the one in control of the situation, - however the reality is the more experienced rider rarely comes out second best when things get tight, be they the hit-ee or the hit-er

    If its not clear cut who's to blame then they're both at fault I reckon, Takes 2 to tangle....& if it only involves the 2 of them then who cares?
