The bike that started my love afair with motorcycles!

I first saw a brand new one of these and a 650 Thunderbird arrive in Woodville in about 1949/50 and fell in love at first sight!

Got my licence the day I turned 15 in 1954 and been riding bikes ever since.

In February 2007 after god knows how many bikes, I bought my first ever Triumph! (my current bike)

Brings new meaning to the adage: "All things come to those who wait"!

Current (ACC) costs may signal the end to my riding but I don't think it will "ever" stop my enthusiasm for motorcycles and motorcyclists!

Ahh the old BSA's, got my last speeding ticket on an old B33 in 1959! (very noisy bike)

Smile to myself about that these days, of course I never exceed the limits, it's "safer" that way! (speed kills)
